Feeling slight nostalgic today and decided to dig up the music video of “Home”. This song, composed by Dick Lee was first sung in 1998 by Kit Chan  during Singapore’s National Day Parade.

This is the new arrangement performed in 2011 by 39 Singaporean artists and accompanied by the Singapore Symphony Orchestra.
